Floor plans, elevations, sections and the site plan are the basis; in many cases we reuse existing CAD and BIM data or 3D models. We agree camera, massing and proportions with you on a white model before materials and light are added.

Floor plans, elevations, sections and a site plan form the basis. Material specifications, context plans and references help with development. At kickoff, we clarify what is actually required for the current planning stage.
Massing that matches the plans exactly, materials as specified, light that fits the site, orientation and time of day, and surroundings at true scale: trees, neighboring buildings, people. That is exactly what we agree with you on the white model and in the three revision rounds.
In many cases, yes. We review the structure, accuracy and level of detail of the data. The quote states transparently what can be reused and whether additional work is required.
Three revision rounds are included: camera and geometry, materials and atmosphere, and final polish.
Production usually takes 3–5 working days per view once inputs, cameras and the intended look are agreed. Quantity, complexity and feedback times affect the overall schedule; you receive a schedule with milestones after the kickoff.
Pricing is per view, in two quality levels: High-End and Premium. The 3D model and three revision rounds are always included. You'll find indicative prices in our catalog.
We deliver up to 4K as standard. Higher resolutions and specific aspect ratios for large-format print, websites, presentations or campaigns are agreed before production.
Yes. We can work under a non-disclosure agreement and only publish reference projects with explicit approval.
